SMALL BY DESIGN

01

Every inbox, together.

Bring your Gmail inboxes together, give each one a display name, or focus on a single account.

02

Just enough context.

Read the original email or a simple text view. Downloaded content stays in an encrypted local cache for up to 30 days; remote images are off by default.

03

Stay up to date.

Checks Gmail directly every minute while your Mac is awake and online—even with Apple Mail closed. No app backend is required.

RELEASE STATUS

Google review is in progress.

Mail Menubar is a development app. Google’s restricted Gmail permission review is still pending. The app is not yet approved for protected personal accounts in Google’s Advanced Protection Program.

The Mac app includes a resizable inbox, Text and Original reader views, keyboard shortcuts, and read/unread and Trash actions. Reading and message actions require an explicit Google permission upgrade. The public installer is not available yet. Keep Advanced Protection enabled.
